The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (Recovery Fund), part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), which NACo helped develop and strongly advocated to pass, allocates $65.1 billion in direct, flexible aid to every county across the nation. Now the funds are being administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury, counties are beginning to carefully develop and implement Recovery Fund plans. To ensure your county to making the most of these investments, join NACo for this virtual session to learn about your county can most effectively utilize funds by using a 6-step guide for Recovery Fund implementation. Session participants will hear from national experts and county leaders on how to set measurable, equitable outcomes that will drive impact. Additionally, guest speakers will discuss how to decide what priorities best meet your county's needs and provide a series of tools and resources to support implementation efforts.
