Join NACo's Healthy Counties Initiative members and partners in Wake County for an interactive event focusing on strategies for equitably addressing systems that impact the social determinants of health, particularly emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic. County leaders will share how they are addressing health in their communities; experts will examine health improvement tools and attendees will discuss approaches for using social determinants of health as a framework to inform policy decisions.
