County Listening Session for the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health

Thursday, June 30, 2022 | 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time

As the front line of the social safety net, counties make significant investments in health and well-being to support our most vulnerable residents and are key partners with state and federal governments in efforts to combat hunger. In advance of the upcoming September 2022 White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health, the National Association of Counties (NACo) will host a stakeholder listening session for county leaders.

This County Listening Session will provide county officials with the opportunity to share ideas and critical perspectives with our federal partners to inform their national strategy to end hunger and increase healthy eating and physical activity by the year 2030. Please come prepared to share your stories and innovative best practices for combating hunger within your counties.
