Waters of the U.S. Regulatory Update

Please join NACo staff for a regulatory update on the waters of the United States (WOTUS). WOTUS is used in the Clean Water Act to determine which waters and their conveyances fall under federal and state permitting authority. Public comments on the WOTUS rule are due October 4. Please review www.naco.org/wotus to learn more.
