Leveraging Mental Health First Aid Strategies to Cultivate a Thriving and Resilient Workforce

County elected officials and staff are essential frontline service providers, especially during challenging times. This webinar offers vital training from the National Council on Mental Wellbeing’s Mental Health First Aid at Work program. Participants will gain actionable strategies for recognizing and addressing mental health concerns in the workplace, identifying team members grappling with mental health or substance abuse issues, and fostering a supportive organizational culture that prioritizes wellbeing.
