Riverside County has pioneered a new approach that leverages artificial intelligence to connect residents with needed resources - from medical care and housing assistance to food insecurity and job support. Join us as we explore the Integrated Services Delivery initiative with Chief Technology Officer, Darryl Polk. The presentation will provide an overview of the county's current initiative to orchestrate efforts and resources around a constituent-first approach, focusing on delivering the best possible outcomes for our most vulnerable populations.
