Innovation in county government doesn’t just happen. Creating a culture of innovation is a deliberate process that requires long-term strategy. Join NACo, Indigov, and Michael Baskin, Chief Innovation Officer of Montgomery County, Maryland as he discusses his role as both an innovation “accelerator” and a proud bureaucrat. In this webinar, Baskin challenges perceptions of bureaucracy and presents strategies for accelerating the pace of change in county government.
