County IT Maturity Assessments

IT Maturity can cover a wide variety of technology areas including IT risk, policies/procedures, staffing, team structure as well as service economics. County IT leaders will share why an IT Maturity Assessment is important and how it can help inform your overall technology strategic plans. Best practices and what a maturity assessment should include will be covered. Options including no-cost assessments as well as fees for service engagements will be discussed.
