Fair-Chance Employment: Continuing the Conversation, a NACo HR Workforce Network Webinar

Join the Workforce Network for a panel discussion to explore the challenges, best practices and solutions of Fair Chance Employment (Second-Chance Hiring), which centers on the hiring of people with criminal records. County governments employ more than 3.6 million workers. In 2020, the local government workforce experienced significant disruptions, underscored by more than 1.3 million jobs lost. The impact on the local government workforce remains significant. This discussion will focus on new and inclusive talent pipelines, driving positive economic and social impacts, county procurement, and model employment practices.
