Strategies for Leveraging County Health Rankings Data to Improve Community Health

Wednesday, April 19, 2023 | 2:00pm – 3:00pm Eastern Time

Counties play a key role in public health at the local level, as the conveners of multi-sector stakeholders, administrators of federal health-funding programs, like Medicaid, and providers of many crucial health services for residents. County Health Rankings and Roadmaps (CHR&R), a program of the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, provides data and guidance to build awareness on the factors that influence health and support leaders in improving health equity in their communities. CHR&R measures health in almost every county in the U.S. and provides the resources to understand and use the data collected to create effective evidence-informed solutions. Join this webinar to learn about the newly released 2023 Rankings and how counties can leverage these findings to influence decision-making to improve community health.
